Yoga Timetable

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. All new students will be required to complete a Health Evaluation Form on arrival.

Wear light comfortable clothing.

The studio is equipped with mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, cushions and blankets. You are welcome to bring your own mats & props if you prefer.
