Mossman Yoga Studio will be running an 8-week Yoga Beginners Program for those who have either never practised yoga before or those who have only limited experience and would like further guidance. The program is designed to teach the basics of yoga. It includes detailed instructions for safely practising yoga asana (postures), breathing techniques, relaxation, short meditations and a little bit of yoga philosophy. At the end of this course you will feel comfortable attending other yoga classes at Mossman Yoga Studio.
The classes in the Beginners Program will be very basic classes and quite achievable for most people. You don’t need to be super flexible or fit. All you need is a body and a willing heart.
- Cost: $180 (gift vouchers are available)
- When: Tues 29th October to 17th December – 8 weeks
- Time: 6:00pm to 7:30pm
The class size will be limited to 12 people. On completion of the program you’ll receive one free class for you and a friend. Places are not confirmed until payment is made.
